Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Who are we?

Regent Advisory & HR is a Business Management and HR Consultancy based in Leamington Spa. We work with organisations across the UK, supporting them to operate more effectively, build stronger teams, and navigate the challenges that come with growth and change.

We are a small, focused team, and we are growing. The people who join us take on real responsibility from the outset, and we invest in supporting them to do that well. Our values, Authenticity, Reliability, Tenacity, and Integrity, guide how we work, how we engage with clients, and how we show up for each other.

The role

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join us on a casual basis. This is a creative role focused on building our presence primarily across LinkedIn and Instagram, alongside other channels where appropriate, helping to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the business.

The role suits someone who is creative, self-motivated, and comfortable shaping their own ideas, formats, and content calendar with minimal oversight. It is ideally suited to a university student or recent graduate looking to build a genuine portfolio of live, professional work; however, applications are open to all.

This is a fully remote role, with flexible hours that work around study or other commitments.

In return, you will gain real, hands-on experience producing content for a live and growing business, including direct exposure to how a small business builds its profile and its pipeline.
