Client Delivery Manager (Celtic Challenge)

Who are we?

Regent Advisory & HR is a Business Management and HR Consultancy based in Leamington Spa. We work with organisations across the UK, supporting them to operate more effectively, build stronger teams, and navigate the challenges that come with growth and change.

We are a small, focused team, and we are growing. The people who join us take on real responsibility from the outset, and we invest in supporting them to do that well. Our values, Authenticity, Reliability, Tenacity, and Integrity, guide how we work, how we engage with clients, and how we show up for each other.

The role

We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join us on a part-time basis, working one day per week. This is a client-facing role covering delivery across our advisory client accounts, working closely with the team to keep engagements on track, clients well informed, and standards consistent across everything we deliver. The role will primarily provide support to the Celtic Challenge alongside other client accounts and internally as required.

The role suits someone who is organised, confident dealing directly with clients, and comfortable managing multiple accounts with minimal oversight. It's ideally suited to someone with prior experience in a client-facing consultancy or sports services environment, though we're open to strong candidates from other backgrounds.

This role can be worked remotely, with some flexibility on which day suits your other commitments, provided there's an agreed level of consistency week to week.

In return, you will get genuine ownership of client relationships, direct exposure to how a growing advisory business operates, and the chance to shape how client delivery works as we scale.

Role Summary: Client Delivery Manager

Reports to: CEO

Remuneration: £6,400 per annum pro-rata’d
